Tired.

I'm taking a break from updating the blog for the rest of the month to focus on rest, achieving goals and and catching up on a very-big-and-growing list of to-dos. All of these things need to be accomplished in short increments now (like when the baby is napping), and I am falling way, way behind. Especially on rest! Please continue to send emails, leave comments and check-in on Facebook, though -- I'll still be around.

PS: Are you following One Fit Mom yet? She's another paleo/crossfit blogger and her posts are great -- lots of relevant info on raising a paleo baby.

    I hope your blog break is productive and relaxing. I'll definitely miss reading your posts, but will look forward to hearing about how your rehab and gym stuff progresses during this period.
